First class service received whilst purchasing and their excellent Aftersales team. I have experienced a few minor warranty defects during the first 9 months of ownership, which, Simon and Dan excelled themselves to rectify. I explained the issues which were mainly Bailey, attention to detail, production issues and without hesitation, Simon submitted the claim to Bailey and in the fullness of time, parts arrived, Camper booked in, and all the jobs were completed to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. Its sometime since I had a caravan, but camping was becoming to much hard work fo us, so we decided to visit Cranham to search out the market. We were met by Cameron, who showed us around both used and new vans of the spec we were looking for and his help and advice was 2nd to none.
